SECTION 3 - PAYMENT

All major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted as payment methods. Our Terms are for full payment at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. All goods remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

SECTION 4 - RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Sobin Store always guarantees the quality of its products. Every item we have ordered is printed and personalized on demand, therefore, the customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order will be placed in the production queue and we will not be able to cancel or amend it.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY TIMES

5.1 All delivery times are estimates and vary depending on location. We may notify you of these times at the time you place your Order. Our liability will be limited to the direct and incidental costs incurred by you in obtaining replacement goods of similar description and quality at the cheapest available market, less the price of the Goods. We will not be liable for any failure to deliver Goods to the extent that such failure is due to a Force Majeure Event or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery or any other instructions relevant to the supply of the Goods.

5.2 All such estimates are subject to us/our manufacturers having the relevant Goods in stock at the time you place your Order. Direct delivery items may be subject to a charge. You will be advised of any additional charges at the time of your Order.

5.3 Delivery of the Goods will be complete when we deliver the Goods to you.

5.4 We will take reasonable steps to meet any estimated delivery date. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, for example, deliveries may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control including the failure of our agents or subcontractors to deliver.

5.5 If you do not receive your Order, then, unless this failure to deliver is due to our failure to comply with these Terms or to an event outside your control:

5.5.1 We will not be liable to you for late delivery.

5.5.2 If we are unable to deliver the whole of the Order at once due to operational reasons or stock shortages, we will deliver the Order in instalments. We will not charge you additional delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver your Order in instalments, we may charge you additional delivery costs. Each instalment will constitute a separate contract.

5.5.3 If, after delivery, you discover that the Goods are damaged or not delivered in accordance with your Order, you must notify us of this within 5 Business Days of delivery. If you fail to do so, we will not be obliged to remedy the defect.

SECTION 6 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
