RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Sobin products are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, do not worry, if there is a problem with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us if you have any problems.
In the following cases, instead of returning your order, you can request a refund or re-delivery:
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order via Contact Us via email support@sobin.shop
Product is defective/damaged/incorrect: You can request a replacement or refund by Contact Us. You should contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note:
*Please remember to attach photo evidence in the contact form for damaged/broken/incorrect products, without evidence we will refuse to process this case.
Please note that our policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, name and preferences carefully.
You can contact us if you have any questions about personalization before placing your order. Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order, as they will then go into production.
