Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have gone into production, we are no longer able to accept cancellations. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Customer Care Representative (you'll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they'll be happy to assist you.

What payment methods are accepted?

Sobin accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. Our payment platform incorporates SSL-EV encryption, ensuring that your confidential data is transmitted securely.

We also offer alternative payment methods such as Stripe. You can also pay on delivery.

If I have a promo code, how can I use it?

Once you have put the product in the cart, you will see a field on the left where it says COUPON CODE.

Now type the promotional coupon and click on the APPLY COUPON button that is right next to it, and the discount will be made automatically if it is within the conditions of use.

How long does my order take?

If the order is in the US area, you will receive the goods in about 3-15 days. In other areas, it will take about 10-20 days.
